Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email, password (stored securely/hashed), timezone, reminder preferences.
• Contacts you add: names, email addresses, and (optionally) phone numbers of people you choose to add to your directory.
• Task data: task descriptions, due dates, statuses, and responses.
• WhatsApp messages: if you, or someone you assigned a task to, replies to a Taskingly WhatsApp message or writes to our WhatsApp number, we store the content of that message along with the sender's WhatsApp number and display name, so we can act on it and reply. This content is deleted after 90 days.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details; we keep only a subscription reference and status.
• Usage/log data: basic technical information (e.g., access times, device/browser) to operate and secure the Service.

To provide the Service (assign tasks, send reminders/follow-ups), process subscriptions, secure and improve the Service, and communicate with you about your account.

We process your data based on your consent and to provide the Service you request. You can withdraw consent by closing your account.

We share data only: with service providers who help us run the Service (Razorpay for payments, our email delivery provider to send task emails, our WhatsApp Business provider to send and receive WhatsApp messages, Anthropic to interpret the WhatsApp messages you send us so we can act on them, cloud hosting/database providers, and Google and Meta for advertising and conversion measurement) under appropriate safeguards; when required by law; or with your direction. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not allow these providers to use your data to train their own models.

When you add a contact, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share their information with us. We process that information on your behalf solely to deliver tasks and reminders you initiate.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with law. You may request deletion (see Your Rights).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard it.

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and raise grievances. To exercise these, contact us at support@taskingly.app.

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you logged in and run the app. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our advertising works, for example to see whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to create an account. This may set cookies and share limited data (such as a click identifier or page views) with Google and Meta. You can control or block these through your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18; please don't use it if you are a minor.

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new date.
