Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan is free; no charges apply.

AI Assistant Pro (₹599/month, ₹5,499/year) is billed in advance and auto-renews each period until cancelled. Subscribers on a plan we no longer offer continue at the rate they subscribed at.

You can cancel anytime from Profile → Cancel subscription (or by emailing support@taskingly.app). On cancellation, your subscription stops renewing and you keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for. It then reverts to the Free plan.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation.

If you are charged in error or more than once for the same period, contact us within 7 days and we will verify and refund the erroneous amount.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 business days (your bank may take longer).

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry; if it remains unpaid, your subscription may lapse to the Free plan.
